Prop firm evaluation account tracker
functions/ai-assist.js for the exact steps: sign up at console.groq.com/keys (no card needed, ~2 minutes), then add the key to your Cloudflare Pages project's environment variables. Until that's done, AI Assist will only work on supported desktop Chrome/Edge.
Factory Reset permanently erases every account, account type, payout, journal entry, and setting in this tool. This cannot be undone. You'll be asked to type a confirmation phrase before anything is deleted.
A quick tour of every page and how they connect. Journal is home โ everything else builds off what you log there.
Tap the + button (or the dashed "journal today" card) to write a daily entry. A summary is required; at least one of the three reflection fields must have something in it too. Use the toolbar for bold, italic, and lists. Under "Accounts Traded," tick any accounts you worked that day and enter the P/L for each โ that number feeds straight into the account's progress bar and the equity curve at the top of this page.
This is your account list. "+ Add Account" lets you pick a saved Prop Firm type (auto-fills size and price) or enter your own. Tap a status button โ ACT, PASS, FAIL, LIQ โ to update an account's stage; the options shown adjust automatically depending on whether the account is still in Eval or already Funded. Tap the pencil to edit details in a popup, or tap the ID itself to see that account's P/L history and calendar.
Eval โ still being evaluated. Funded โ passed, now funded. FAIL โ didn't pass the evaluation. LIQ โ was funded, later liquidated. The small column between ID and Firm always shows "Eval" or "Funded" so you know which phase you're looking at. Each phase keeps its own separate P/L history and progress target โ switching an account's status never erases the other phase's record.
Every account works toward a target: the Eval Profit Target while it's still in evaluation, or the Buffer once it's funded โ the profit cushion you need to clear before a payout becomes possible. Both are set per Account Type in Settings, so update them there if a firm's numbers change.
Once an account clears its Buffer, the Withdraw Pay dialog and the Payouts page show a full breakdown: Total Payout Eligible is the nominal profit above the buffer โ the number the firm reports, but not the full amount that belongs to you. Take Home Pay is what you'd actually receive after the firm's Profit Split, and (for firms that use them) any Payout Retention percentage and Payout Cap per request. See the worked example in Settings โ Account Types for the full math.
Funded accounts are simulated capital. The P&L your journal tracks day to day isn't real money โ it only becomes real the moment you actually withdraw it. So this app keeps two figures cleanly separate, always:
โ Real โ Total Spent (real eval + activation fees you paid) and Received (real money from logged withdrawals). Net P/L is calculated from these two numbers only โ it never includes sim P&L that hasn't been withdrawn, no matter how good a funded account is doing.
๐ Floating โ the Floating (Unrealized) figure next to Net P/L, and the FLOATING segment in the ticker, show what you'd realistically walk away with today if you withdrew everything currently eligible across all funded accounts โ already reduced by each firm's buffer, profit split, retention, and cap. It's not a raw sim number; it's the honest "what would actually land in my account" projection. It's still not real until you withdraw it and log that payout.
Example: you've spent $600 on evals and haven't withdrawn anything yet. A funded account is showing $5,000 of sim profit. Net P/L reads -$600 (real: you're only out the eval cost so far). Floating might read +$3,150 (what that $5,000 is actually worth to you after buffer and split, if withdrawn today). Once you request and log that withdrawal, it moves from Floating into Real, and Net P/L updates to reflect it.
Four checkboxes above the table โ ๐ก Eval, ๐ข Funded, ๐ด Failed, โซ Liquidated โ each control exactly one status, fully independently. Want only liquidated funded accounts? Uncheck everything except Liquidated. Want just the evals that didn't make it? Uncheck everything except Failed. Any combination works.
These four boxes all use the percentages you set in Settings, and scope to whichever month is selected at the top of the Progress page. Future Savings defaults to whatever's left after Tax and Pocket Money are taken out, but you can set it to a fixed percentage instead.
See every withdrawal in one place, plus a Firm ROI ranking so you know which firms are actually paying off. Filter by firm or month, and export to CSV whenever you want a copy in a spreadsheet.
Everything configurable lives here: your Tax/Pocket Money/Budget/Future Savings percentages, your Account Types library (firm, plan, price, targets), backup & restore, and Factory Reset if you ever want a clean slate.
